Because this is such a small unit we are asking that no more than 2 people occupy at a time. This is a perfect space for 1 adult and could work for one adult and one child. Two adults can live here together but there is only 1 closet and it could feel very cramped. The bedroom is very large and can be used as an office or workout space as well. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open as 1 big space. Lots of cupboards and countertops in the kitchen. The microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator are included. You have a full bathroom with a stackable washer and dryer. This home may be small, but it has been newly remodeled, and with the high ceilings, it feels very spacious and homey. No smoking of any kind in the house, and we will accept 1 small dog with a $500 pet deposit.
