You have rented a house, what do you do next?

Well, for beginners, you can now kiss the rental application no longer - no longer go to property inspection. Good weekend! However, you have not completely got rid of the difficulties... Before you move in and start tidying up your mats and potted plants, you need to solve some problems first.

Here, I will tell you what you need to do to get in.

  • Prepare all the necessary utilities before moving: gas, electricity and water – you need a nice hot shower and a cold bubble cup. Authorization is also difficult, right?
  • Decide on an Internet provider and open an account as soon as you are accepted. This is not the 90s, dear.
  • Hire a decent remover (or bribe your friend...).
  • Change your address to regular mail. You never know that someone (well, maybe your mother) will send you a "new home" card with stamps and everything.
  • Fill out and submit your status report. You have three days. Don't forget to take a photo (about my love of the house, decoration and fixtures, we are not taking selfies here). Remember, your bond is the key to your next house, so be sure to get the bond back.

  • Buy some rental insurance for yourself. Especially if you live on the first floor, there are beautiful big windows and things that rely on curtains.

  • All the above things have been crossed out, now you can start planning a house relocation. Does anyone say the dress code for the carnival?

Congratulations to my darlings, enjoy your newly rented house! I should say goodbye to you. awesome!
