This is a basement in laws apartment. It has a living room, bedroom, dinning room, bath, and kitchen. It is all one system. So the water, electricity and wifi are included in the rent. It is non smoking and non partying. I live upstairs. It is unfurnished. I can only have 2 people in the apartment. It has covered parking for one car and it's own outside entrance. I pay the electricity, water, and wifi. The rent must be paid by the 1st of each month. I will not tolerate smoking or partying. I require a pet deposit of $400. if you have a cat or dog, it is not a return able deposit. It would be nice to have the first Rent and last rent. I have a year long lease that you would have to sign.
