This sunny one bedroom apartment is located in a late 1800s Cream City brick building, just south of Brady St. This lower unit has a private entrance, refinished hardwood floors, 15-foot ceilings, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a large living room and bedroom. Heat is included in the rent, the tenants are responsible for all other utilities. The building has shared, coin-operated, laundry facilities in the basement of our property next door. Limited off-street parking is available for an additional fee ($95/month when available). The apartment is located a half block south of Brady St. We accept cats with a monthly fee of $35/cat (2 maximum), with an additional $150 pet deposit.
